Priority Element

This Element focusses on Board participation, Executive and Non-Executive Management as well as the Senior, Middle and Junior Management Levels in the organisation. The points are allocated to percentage participation for each Level for �Black� Male and Female according to the Economic Active Population.

Important to remember:

• �Black� is defined to African Male; African Female; Coloured Male; Coloured Female; Indian Male and Indian Female;
• Even if there is 100% African Male participation, the full points will not be achieved as the points are achieved proportionally to the EAP targets.
• The Total points available for this Element is 19 points.
