Priority Element

This Element focusses on Board participation, Executive and Non-Executive Management as well as the Senior, Middle and Junior Management Levels in the organisation. The points are allocated to percentage participation for each Level for “Black” Male and Female according to the Economic Active Population.

Important to remember:

• “Black” is defined to African Male; African Female; Coloured Male; Coloured Female; Indian Male and Indian Female;
• Even if there is 100% African Male participation, the full points will not be achieved as the points are achieved proportionally to the EAP targets.
• The Total points available for this Element is 19 points.
